RAMOS, CMC, being first duly sworn, deposes <br />and says: <br />That I am the duly chosen, qualified and Acting City <br />Clerk, that the Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City <br />of Colton, set for September 20, 1994, was declared adjourned to <br />the time and place specified in the Notice of Adjournment which <br />is attached hereto. <br />That on September 21, 1994 at the hour of 9:00 A. M., I <br />posted a copy of Notice of Adjournment at a conspicuous place on <br />or near the door of the place at which said Regular Council <br />Meeting of September 20, 1994 was properly noticed and the <br />Adjourned Regular Meeting of September 27, 1994 was called. <br />HELEN A.
