Vega, Finance DirectorO- - <br />Subject: Financial Activity Report <br />Date: October 1995 <br />Attached for your information is a copy of the Financial Activity Report. This report reflects actual <br />revenues and expenditures totals through October 31, 1995. <br />In addition, attached is an expenditure/encumbrance summary which reflects actual versus budget <br />through October 31, 1995. A similar report is also provided for revenues. Both the expenditure and <br />revenue summaries reflect line item detail for the General Fund and summary information for all other <br />funds. <br />Our revenues and expenditures should be at 33% through the end of October. As outlined in the report <br />summaries, the General Fund expenditures are 27% (excluding encumbrances) and revenues received <br />are 29% of the estimated budget. Property tax revenue will be received in December of 1995 and April <br />of 1996. <br />.93 <br />
