Cook <br />Subject: Voting Delegates for League of California Cities Annual Conference <br />COUNCIL MEETING OF JULY 18, 2000 <br />Every year we appoint a new voting delegate and an alternate delegate to represent our city in <br />matters affecting municipal or League policy. At last years' conference, I served as the voting <br />delegate and Council Member Chastain served as the alternate delegate. Once again, I formally <br />seek the Council's consideration in appointing two Members of this Council to represent us at <br />the League's Annual Conference (Saturday, September 9, 2000, Anaheim Convention Center). <br />Once the Voting Delegate and Alternate Delegate have been appointed, the attached form must <br />be signed and submitted to the League of California Cities by August 18, 2000.
