1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />7' <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />21 <br />22 <br />23 <br />27 <br />R <br />RESOLUTION NO. x-48-00 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, <br />CALIFORNIA, AMENDING AND/OR APPROVING THE ANNUAL <br />ENGINEER'S REPORT FOR THE COLTON LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING <br />MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1, FISCAL YEAR 2000/2001. <br />The City Council of the City of Colton, California (hereinafter referred to as the "City Council") <br />does resolve as follows <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has by previous Resolutions ordered the preparation of <br />the Engineer's Annual Levy Report (hereinafter referred to as the "Report") for the district <br />known and designated as the "Colton Landscape and Lighting Maintenance Assessment <br />District No. 1" (hereinafter referred to as the "District") for fiscal year commencing July 1, 2000 <br />and ending June 30, 2001 pursuant to the provisions of the Landxaping artd Liglmng Act of 1972, <br />bung Part 2 D=swn 15, of rlae Struts ani Highuttys Cafe cf the stare of Cal fonva, IxV=7g vith Sarian <br />22500 (hereinafter referred to as the "Act"); and, <br />WHEREAS, there has been presented to this City Council the Report as required by <br />Cbapter 3, Saba: 22623 of said Act, and as previously directed by Resolution; and, <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has carefully examined and reviewed the Report as <br />presented and is satisfied with each and all of the items and documents as set forth therein and is <br />satisfied that the levy has been spread in accordance with the benefits received from the <br />improvements, operation, maintenance and services to be performed, as set forth in said Report. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED, AND ORDERED <br />BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA FOR <br />COLTON LANDSCAPE AND LIGHTING MAINTENANCE ASSESSMENT <br />DISTRICT NO.1 AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1 The above recitals are all true and correct. <br />Section 2 The Report as presented, consists of the following: <br />a. A Description of the District and Improvements; <br />b. The Annual Budget (Costs and Expenses of Services, Operations and <br />Maintenance); <br />
