1 <br />2 <br />3 <br />4 <br />5 <br />6 <br />7 <br />8 <br />9 <br />10 <br />11 <br />12 <br />13 <br />14 <br />15 <br />16 <br />17 <br />18 <br />19 <br />20 <br />21 <br />23 <br />24 <br />25 <br />26 <br />27 <br />28 <br />RESOLUTIONNO. x-50-00 <br />RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF COLTON, CALIFORNIA, <br />APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE FIRST AMENDED AND <br />RESTATED JOINT EXERCISE OF POWERS AGREEMENT <br />OF THE RIVERSIDE -SAN BERNARDINO HOUSING & <br />FINANCE AGENCY REDEVELOPMENT COOPERATION <br />LOAN AGREEMENT WITH THE REDEVELOPMENT <br />AGENCY FOR THE CITY OF COLTON <br />WHEREAS, the Riverside -San Bernardino Housing & Finance Agency <br />("RISFA') was established by that certain Joint Powers Authority Agreement (the "JPA") <br />entered into as of June 1, 1999; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Directors, the City Attorneys of member cities <br />and Agency counsel have identified provisions of the JPA that require amendment; and <br />WHEREAS, amendments to the JPA require approval by the member <br />Cities; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, DETERMINED AND <br />ORDERED BY CITY COUNCIL FOR THE CITY OF COLTON, AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. That the First Amended and Restated Joint Exercise of <br />Powers Agreement of the Riverside -San Bernardino Housing & Fiance Agency, attached <br />hereto and incorporated herein by this reference, is approved and adopted. <br />this resolution. <br />Section 2.
