Motion by Councilruiernber Cisneros, seconded by CouncilmeMber Rios, to approve and <br />accept the Consent Calenidar which shall include Mr. Charles Paul's written statements, <br />attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference, to Special Minutes of December 21, <br />1992; include Councilmember Bennett's comment to Regular Minutes of December 15, <br />1992; remove Items 3 and 8 -�­om Conser-it Calendar and add Item 13a identified as oral <br />communication, Unanimous vote. <br />Councilman Beltran announced that Roil', Call had not been taken by the City Clerk and asked <br />that the Mayor acknovvledge that -the City Clerk has rioted for the record that all of the <br />Councilmembers and Mayor Gonzales are present, Mayor Gonzales so declared. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS <br />Norton Air Force Base <br />Mayor Gonzales asked that- the City Council join SUrrour-iding government entities in <br />supporting the location of a Department of Defense Accounting Center at Norton Air Force <br />Base because it will becorne a major employer and an econornic asset. <br />Moved by Councilmember Beltran, seconded by Councilmember Rios, to approve Resolution <br />No. R-02-93. Gabriel, Principal Planner, reported in October 1992, the Planning Commission <br />reviewed and approved the Environmental Review, Conditional Use Permit, Site and <br />Architectural Review for an agriclul-tural supply facility in -the recently annexed Agua Mansa <br />area.
