COUNCIL MEETING <br />AUGUST 16, 1994 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:32 P. M., in Council Chambers as <br />duly noticed, Mayor Gonzales presiding. <br />INVOCATION• <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Jim Stovall. <br />ROLL CALL• <br />Councilmembers present were Bennett, Sandoval, Rios, Cisneros, <br />Cook, Beltran, and Mayor Gonzales. Also present were Acting City <br />Manager Gabriel, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />As requested by Mayor Gonzales, City Attorney Biggs read the Rules <br />of Decorum. <br />Upon Council's request, Agenda Items Nos. 2, 13, 17 and 18 were <br />pulled for discussion. <br />Mayor Gonzales withdrew his request for preparation of the entire <br />transcript regarding "Chief of Police" from the meeting of March <br />15, 1994, based on his realization the overwhelming amount of time <br />needed for preparation. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />(1) Minutes <br />Approval of Regular Meeting held August 2, 1994, as on <br />file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) PULLED FOR DISCUSSION. <br />(3) Bid <br />Extend Contract for Disposal of Transformer to S. D. <br />Myers in the Amount of $31,500.00. <br />(4) Personnel <br />Approve Extension of Provisional Appointment for Rita <br />Coronado, Community Youth Project Coordinator and Cecilia <br />Hernandez, Community Relations Coordinator. <br />1 <br />AUG 16 1994 <br />
