City Clerk submitted the Affidavits of Publication and reported <br />that no protests or objections were received. <br />Public Works Director Hutton reported that pursuant to applicable <br />State law, two public hearing dates were set and appropriate notice <br />given. He stated that the first public hearing was held on July <br />19, 1994. Director Hutton stated that the City's consultant <br />engineer has prepared the report for fiscal year 1994-95, which is <br />on file in the City Clerk's Office. <br />The City has retained Muni Financial Services, Inc., who has <br />prepared the report on the Annual Levy of the District for Fiscal <br />Year 1994-95 and is now on file with the City Clerk's Office. <br />Director Hutton said there will be no increase or decrease in the <br />individual levy assessments this year. All service levels and <br />maintained areas will also remain the same. <br />Staff recommended approval of the annual levy report; order for <br />continuing operation of the Landscape Maintenance District No. 1 <br />and for the collection of assessments for Fiscal Year 1994/95. <br />Mayor Gonzales asked for public comment. Hearing none, motion by <br />Councilmember Rios, seconded by Councilmember Sandoval, to <br />terminate the public hearing. Unanimous vote. <br />City Attorney Biggs advised that Council may consider Resolution <br />No. R-101-94 which was inadvertently omitted from the agenda <br />packet, through clerical error. <br />Motion by Councilmember Beltran, seconded by Councilmember Rios, to <br />accept staff recommendation, approve the Annual Levy Report and <br />adopt Resolutions Nos. R-98-94 and R-101-94. Unanimous vote. <br />RESOLUTION NO.
