La Cadena Drive. <br />Mayor Gonzales declared the public hearing open. <br />City Manager Young requested that this agenda item be pulled as it <br />required further study. He confirmed that the subject will be re - <br />noticed. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />City Manager Young stated he had no reports to present. <br />RECESS: <br />At 6:57 P. M., Mayor Gonzales declared a brief recess before taking <br />up the business of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton. <br />At 7:10 P. M., City Council Meeting reconvened with all <br />Councilmembers present as heretofore. <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 7:10 P. M., to <br />discuss Personnel Matters pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54957, and Litigation Matters pursuant to Government Code Section <br />54956.9(a). City Attorney announced that pending litigation <br />regarding TMI Property will be discussed. <br />At 8:00 P. M., City Council Meeting reconvened with all Members <br />present as heretofore. City Attorney Biggs announced that <br />subsequent to discussion in closed session, no action was taken. <br />At 8:00 P.
