He <br />alerted the City Council of the deplorable condition that exists <br />with c s r ctio underway. He said there was only one entrance <br />and the bus cannot go in. 'there 'is no parking for the seniors who <br />must now park out in the street He asked if another e franc <br />could be madam. <br />Director Anstine agreed that circulat' a nightmare. He <br />indicated that e has asked staff to peion was <br />rk in the streets to allow <br />senors to park inside. He urged the City Council to review <br />proposals which will be submitted to then by their labor negotiator <br />and that they meet the Electric workers needs for 1994-95.
