Sigaty, 2105 E. Duron Street, distributed a map of the area in question and described the area as having two-way traffic with a channel on one side of the street. He indicated this was a residential area. He described the traffic conditions and identified the traffic pattern that currently exists. Mr. Sigaty agreed that a stop sign was adequate to slow traffic but argued that the expense of a traffic signal was not warranted at this time. He suggested putting in flashing light signals, such as found at the airport, and a wider cross walk in front of the school to assist the crossing guard. He asked that the Council look at other alternatives that are less costly and do the job better. 3 OV { 4
