REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY AND CITY COUNCIL <br />ADJOURNED JOINT REGULAR MEETING <br />PUBLIC HEARING <br />MINUTES <br />February 28, 1995 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned <br />Joint Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of <br />Colton and the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the <br />above given date at 5:30 p.m., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, 650 North La Cadena Drive, Chairperson Beltran and Mayor Fulp <br />presiding. <br />RDA ROLL CALL: <br />Members present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennett, Fulp, Cook, Sanders <br />and Chairperson Beltran. Also present were Executive Director <br />Martinez, Economic Development Director Gabriel, General Counsel <br />Biggs and Assistant Secretary Ramos. <br />CITY COUNCIL ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, <br />Sanders, Beltran and Mayor Fulp. Also present were City Manager <br />Martinez, Economic Development Director Gabriel, City Attorney <br />Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />JOINT PUBLIC HEARING: <br />Mayor Fulp announced that this was a Joint Public Hearing of the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton and the City Council <br />for the City of Colton for Consideration and Adoption of Resolution <br />No. 657 of the Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton and a <br />Resolution of the City Council of the City of Colton Approving a <br />Certain Disposition and Development Agreement By and Between the <br />Redevelopment Agency for the City of Colton and Allan Steward. <br />Moved by Member Sandoval, seconded by Member Cook, to approve <br />REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY RESOLUTION NO. 657. <br />Counci lmember /Member Hutton said at the February 21, 1995, Joint <br />Public Hearing Meeting, he had asked for a copy of the Letter of <br />Intent by and between the Developer and Zendejas Restaurant. <br />Economic Development Director Gabriel informed that a copy of the <br />letter was included as part of the Agenda Packet. Mayor/Member <br />Fulp informed that the letter was a non-binding Letter of Intent. <br />Mayor/Member Fulp stated that certain conditions that existed in <br />the original agreement have been changed and the changes have not <br />been incorporated into a revised agreement.
