Upon roll call vote, motion carried. Mayor/Member Fulp and <br />Councilmember/Member Bennett voting "No". <br />City Attorney Biggs stated the City Council should now act on City <br />Council Resolution No. R-16-95, with a change to reference the <br />action of the RDA. In Section 5, at the end of the paragraph, the <br />addition of the following "with such modifications as authorized by <br />Agency Resolution No. 657". <br />Moved by Councilmember Hutton, seconded by Councilmember Sandoval, <br />to approve City Council RESOLUTION NO. R-16-95. Motion carried <br />upon roll call vote. Mayor Fulp and Councilmember Bennett voting <br />"No." <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />On motion by Councilmember/Member Sandoval, seconded by <br />Councilmember/Member Hutton, and unanimously passed, the meeting <br />was declared adjourned by Mayor Fulp and Chairperson Beltran at <br />6:14 p.m. <br />HELEN A.
