there was no mid -year budget review. Decision to proceed was made <br />after adoption of the budget for fiscal year 1994-95. At the last <br />Council Meeting, City Manager Martinez reported that we would have <br />the trial run in 90 days, we are down to 88 days. The real problem <br />has been operating the equipment and not the purchasing of the <br />equipment. <br />On motion of Councilmember Sandoval, seconded by Mayor Fulp and <br />unanimously passed, Mayor Fulp adjourned the meeting at 7:00 p.m. <br />HELEN A.
