ADJOURNED REGULAR CITY COUNCIL MINUTES <br />OCTOBER 24, 1995 <br />An Adjourned Regular Meeting of <br />above given date at 5:00 p.m., <br />Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />the City Council was held on the <br />in the Council Chambers of City <br />Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL• <br />Councilmembers present were Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, Sanders, <br />Beltran and Mayor Fulp. Also present were City Manager Martinez. <br />City Attorney and City Clerk Ramos. Absent was Councilmember <br />Hutton due to illness. <br />PUBLIC COMMENT• <br />None. <br />CLOSED SESSION• <br />Mayor Fulp announced the Council would meet in Closed Session to <br />hold a Hearing on a Personnel Matter pursuant to Government Code <br />Section 54957, Appeal of Arbitrator's Decision, CSMCS Case No. 94- <br />3-462. <br />The City Council adjourned to Closed Session at 5:10 p.m. The City <br />Council reconvened at 7:00 p.m. <br />Attorney Elise Traynum of Rutan & Tucker, filling in for City <br />Attorney Biggs, reported the Council had met in Closed Session to <br />hear a Personnel Matter pursuant to Government Code Section 54957, <br />Appeal of Arbitrator's Decision, CSMCS Case No. 94-2-362, and voted <br />three to two to uphold the arbitrator's decision with amended <br />findings. Attorney Traynum reported the findings would be available <br />in writing within 20 days. Councilmembers Hutton and Bennett were <br />absent for Closed Session. <br />ADJOURNMENT• <br />There being no further business to come before the City Council at <br />this time, on motion of Councilmember Beltran, seconded by <br />Councilmember Sandoval and carried, Mayor Fulp adjourned the <br />meeting at 7:01 p.m. <br />HELEN A.
