plaque. <br />Televising Meetings <br />on the question of who is paying :for televising, Mayor Fulp said <br />TCI paid franchise fees annually and the Council devoted ICI's own <br />money to purchase the equipment necessary. There are plans to <br />expand the system in the future. He said there is a need for <br />volunteers to operate the cameras. The channel is provided at no <br />charge to the City and the installation will be cared for by the <br />franchise fee. <br />splitting of Leacrue of California Cities <br />Mayor Fulp acknowledged receipt of a letter from the League of <br />California Cities Inland Empire Division advising that the <br />Riverside Mayors and Councilmembers Conference had passed a <br />Resolution for the separation of Riverside County cities from the <br />Inland Empire Division and forming a new Riverside County Division. <br />He indicated the -subject would be discussed at a General Membership <br />Meeting on June 28, 1995, at the Red Lion Inn. <br />After discussion and with concensus of Council, Mayor Fulp agreed <br />to attend the meeting on July 28th as delegate for the City and <br />said he would take notes and report at next t Council meeting on July <br />5, 1995. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />Mayor Fulp asked that Agenda Items 7, 10 and 12 be pulled for <br />discussion and individual vote Councilmember Bennett asked for <br />Agenda Item No. 15 be pulled for discussion. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />(1) Minutes <br />Approval of Adjourned Regular Meeting held May 23, 1995; <br />City Council/Utilities Commission Joint Meeting held <br />April 10, 1995; Adjourned Regular Council Meeting held <br />April 10, 1995 on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants <br />Approval of Accounts Payable Voucher Register dated May <br />30, 1995, consisting of 23 pages; Accounts Payable <br />Voucher Register dated June 8, 1995, consisting of 28 <br />pages as recommended by the Director of Finance. <br />(3) Bid. <br />Award of Bid to A-1 Products Corp. for 16 Gallon <br />Recycling Containers in the amount of $8,878.60. <br />(4) Bid <br />2 <br />
