'COUNCIL MEETING <br />MARCH 7* 199 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6 ** 30 p.m. , in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall as duly noticed, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br />INVOCATION* <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain Bob Johnson. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, <br />Sanders, Beltran and Mayor Fulp. Also present were City Manager <br />Martinez, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />nutes <br />( <br />1 I - Approval of Regular Meeting held February 7, 1995 as ) M * <br />on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) warrants - Approval of Accounts Payable Voucher Register dated <br />February 23, 1995, consisting of 21 pages and Payroll Warrants <br />Register dated February 28, 1995 consisting of 12 pages, as <br />recommended by the Director of Finance. <br />(3) Contract - Personnel - Approve Employment Contract with <br />Bernie Lunsford, Police Chief. <br />(4) Personnel - Consider and Adopt a Resolution of the City <br />Council of theCity of Colton Amending Resolution No. R-40-92, <br />and setting the compensation for Personnel Specialist, <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-17-95. <br />(5) Long Beach Naval Shyd - Consideration and Adoption of a <br />Resolution Supporting the continued operations of the Long <br />Beach Naval Shipyard and other southern California military <br />facilities, RESOLUTION NO. R-18-95. <br />(6) Permit - Request approval to sell Girl Scout Cookies at Colton <br />Library on March 11, 1995. <br />(7) Wastewater - Approval of Street Closure at Fairway Drive for <br />the installation of the RIX and SARI Pipelines. <br />
