A Regular Meeting f the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above gives date at :30 Pm M.: in the Council Chambers <br />of the City Hall duly notice. Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />1T1ON <br />Invocation was offered by Chaplain lm Starr. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hatton, Sandoval, Bennett, Cook <br />Sanders, Bel , and Mayor Fulp. also present were City Manger <br />Martinez,, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />AGENDA REVIEW <br />Mayor Fulp invoked the rules of decorum, calling for mutual raspect <br />and directed that no profanity e used. <br />City Manager Martinez requested. that Agenda. Item No. 13 he pulsed <br />upon request of the Department. Personnel Director Harmon <br />requested that Agenda Item No. 8 be pulled. <br />With consent of Council, Mayor Tulp directed. that Agenda. Items Nos <br />18 and 19 would be pulled out of order and, advanced on the Agenda <br />to follow the Consent Calendar. <br />O ,a <br />(1) Minutes <br />Approval of Minutes of the Regular Meeting eld February <br />21t 1995 as on file in the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants <br />Approval of accounts Payable Voucher Register dated. March <br />21 1995,, consisting of 21 pages and Accounts Payable <br />Voucher Register dated March 98 1995¢ consisting of 17# <br />as recommended by the Director of Finance. <br />(3) Bid - Public Utilities <br />Reject. All Bide on Loader/Backhoe for the public <br />Utilities Division. <br />
