CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />NOVEMBER 7, 1995 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:30 P.M., in theCouncil Cham- <br />bers of City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATIONt <br />Chaplain Kim Starr offered the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, <br />Sander's, Beltran, and Mayor Fulp. Also present were city Manager <br />Martinez, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Presentations, Awards Proclamations <br />Mayor Fulp presented to Tom Clarke, Electric Utility Director, a <br />Certificate of Recognition to the Electric Utility Department <br />recognizing their 100th Year of Service to the residents of the <br />City of Colton. <br />Councilmember Bennett made presentations to Officer 'Alan Koahou <br />and Officer Jim Jolliff of the Colton Police Department Bicycle <br />Patrol in recognition for their outstanding job performance to <br />the department and to the community. Mayor Fulp awarded each <br />officer a 11kudo" . <br />Mayor.Fulp presented a Certificate of Recognition to the City of <br />Colton Police Officer of the Year, Officer Bill Burrows. <br />Mayor Fulp presented a Certificate of Recognition to the City of <br />ColtonFirefighter of the Year, Captain Greg L. White. <br />Mayor Fulp presented a Certificate of Recognition to the City of <br />Colton Citizens of the Year, Pete & Darlene Peterson. <br />AGENDA REVIEW. <br />Councilmember Hutton requested Item 3, and Item 4 be pulled for <br />discussion.
