CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING NIINUrES <br />OCTOBER 17, 1995 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was <br />held on the above given date at 6:32 P. M., in the Council Chambers <br />of City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION• <br />Chaplain James Stovall offered the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Sandoval, Cook, Sanders, <br />Beltran and Mayor Fulp. Also present were City Manager Martinez, <br />City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Ramos. Absent was Councilmember <br />Bennett (ill), who appeared at 7:30 P. M. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />* Councilmember Hutton presented Mayor Fulp with a check in the <br />amount of $96,665 from San Bernardino County for the City's <br />joint participation in the environmental mitigation fee <br />program. Mayor Fulp accepted the check and said he would turn <br />it over to the Finance Director. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />The Agenda was corrected specifically Item No. 23, to reflect the <br />date of the Homecoming Parade as October 20, 1995, and Agenda Item <br />No. 15, to reflect the cost as $30,500. <br />With Council approval, Mayor Fulp declared Agenda Item No. 28 would <br />be advanced for hearing after discussion on Agenda Item No. 23. <br />As requested by Council, Mayor Fulp declared Agenda Items Nos. 8, <br />11 and 12 and 3 pulled for discussion. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes <br />Approval of Regular Meeting Minutes of September 19, <br />OCT 17 1995 <br />
