Mayor Fulp presented the balance of the <br />pledge to Ms. Pauline Heredia. <br />AGENDA REVIEW• <br />Upon request of City Attorney, and approval of City Council, Mayor <br />Fulp advanced the Closed Session as Special Counsel is present. <br />CLOSED SESSION• <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that City Council would meet in <br />Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9 to <br />confer with Legal Counsel regarding the following matter of pending <br />litigation: Anderson vs. City of Colton. <br />City Attorney Biggs announced that City Council would meet in <br />Closed Session pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 regarding <br />Public Employee Performance Evaluation for the Position of City <br />Manager. <br />At 6:57 P. M., Mayor Fulp declared the meeting recessed to Closed <br />Session. At 7:44 P. M., Mayor Fulp declared the meeting reconvened <br />with all Members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Biggs reported the City Council did meet as <br />previously announced, according to the applicable law, regarding <br />the following matter of pending litigation, Anderson vs. City of <br />Colton, and stated there was no reportable action. <br />City Attorney Biggs reported the City Council did meet as <br />previously announced, according to the applicable law, regarding <br />Public Employee Performance Evaluation for the Position of City <br />Manager and stated there was no reportable action. <br />Addition to Agenda <br />Motion by Councilmember Hutton, seconded by Councilmember Sandoval, <br />to add Item 12A to the Consent Calendar of the City Council Agenda, <br />pursuant to Government Code Section 54954.2(b)(2), an item <br />requiring conjoined action with the Redevelopment Agency, regarding <br />authorization for application to the California State Department of <br />Housing and Community Development for Funding under HOME Program <br />for Rancho Mediterrania Mobile Home Park.
