(1) Minutes - Approval of Regular Meeting of December 19, 1995, as on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Approval of Accounts Payable Voucher Register dated December <br />14, 1995, consisting of 21 pages; Accounts Payable Voucher Register dated <br />December 18, 1995, consisting of 24 pages; and two single -page payroll <br />warrants registers, dated December 12, 1995, and payroll warrants register <br />dated December 19,1995, consisting of 11 pages, as recommended by the <br />Director of Finance. <br />(3) Personnel - Fire Department - Ratification of employee appointment to the <br />full-time position of Fire Engineer. <br />(4) Personnel - City Manager's Office - Request Council approval for the upgrade <br />of the position of Intermediate Typist Clerk to the position of Administrative <br />Secretary in the City Manager's office. <br />(5) Budget - Financial activity reports for October and November 1995. <br />(6) Uniform Fire Code - Second reading and adoption of Ordinance No. 0-18-95, <br />amending the 1994 Edition of the Uniform Fire Code, Uniform Fire Code <br />Standards and adopting the 1995 Edition of the California Fire Code with <br />local amendments. <br />(7) Uniform Model (Building) Codes - Second reading and adoption of Ordinance <br />No. 0-19-95, regarding the Uniform Building Code (Volumes I, II and III and <br />State of California amendments); the Uniform Mechanical Code; the Uniform <br />Plumbing Code; and the National Electrical Code. <br />(8) Streets - Curb construction on Agua Mansa Road between Rancho Avenue <br />and 5th Street, Project No. 96-1, Resolution No. R-01-96. <br />(9) Special Municipal Election - Approve and adopt a resolution appointing voting <br />precincts and polling places and appointing precinct board members and <br />fixing compensation and approve and adopt a resolution for the canvass to be <br />made by the City Clerk, for the special Municipal Election to be held February <br />6, 1996, Resolutions Nos.
