COUNCIL MEETING <br />JUNE 18, 1996 <br />A Regular Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above given date <br />at 6:44 p.m., in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the group in the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Invocation by Chaplain Tom Harvick. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Hutton, Hansen, Bennett, Cook, Sanders, Beltran, and Mayor <br />Fulp. Also present were City Manager Martinez, City Attorney Biggs and City Clerk Freeman. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Presentations Awards Proclamations <br />* Grand Terrace Elementary School Children Music Presentation. Awarded the Mayor's <br />"kudo and a pen for each participating student. <br />* Councilmember Bennett recognized Jennie Gascon who was nominated to attend Girl's <br />State, for her academic achievements. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />City Attorney Biggs requested Item 20 follow after approval of the Consent Calendar. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR- <br />(1) Minutes - Approved the Regular Meeting Minutes of May 15, 1996, as on file in the <br />Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Approved Accounts Payable Voucher Register dated May 30, 1996, consisting <br />of 5 Pages; Accounts Payable Voucher Register dated June 6, 1996, consisting of 14 <br />Pages; and Payroll Warrants Register dated June 4, 1996, consisting of 11 Pages, as <br />recommended by the Director of Finance. <br />(3) Parks - Approve Use of Fleming Park on June 29, 1996 for a Drama Presentation by The <br />Door Christian Fellowship. <br />1 <br />F <br />
