COLTON CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING <br />MAY 21, 1996 <br />A regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held on the above <br />given date at 6:35 P. M., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Fulp presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Fulp led the assembly in the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION: <br />Chaplain Jim Stovall offered the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Present were Councilmember John C. Hutton, Councilmember Floyd D. Hansen, <br />Councilmember Deirdre H. Bennett, Councilmember Betty L. Cook, Councilmember <br />`( Don Sanders, Councilmember Abe E. Beltran and Mayor Fulp.; Also Present were City <br />Attorney Biggs, City Manager Martinez and City Clerk Freeman. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />Presentations Awards Proclamation <br />Mayor Fulp read the proclamation recognizing Monday, May 27, 1996 as Memorial' <br />Day honoring the brave men and women who have gallantly served their country. To <br />join this community`s expression of gratitude, Mayor Fulp invited everyone to attend <br />the Memorial Day Service, to commence at 9:00 A.M., at HermosaCemetery. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />Mayor Fulp listed the Agenda order: Consent Calendar, Closed Session, Items 21, 22, <br />29, 34 and 43. Further, Mayor Fulp, with approval, continued budget items 32, 35, <br />36 and 44, budget workshop and audit review of FY 1994-95 to an adjourned <br />meeting on Wednesday, May 29, 1996 at 4:30 P.
