�-- SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING <br />AUGUST 11, 1997 <br />A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held at 4:51 p.m., on the above - <br />given date in the Council Chambers of City Hall, located at 650 North La Cadena Drive, Colton, <br />California, Mayor Gaytan presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on August 7, 1997, in <br />compliance with Government Code Section 54956. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Councilmember Sanders led the assembly in the pledge of allegiance. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />Councilmembers present were Cook, Chastain, Sanders, and Mayor Gaytan. Also present were <br />Interim City Manager Wood, City Attorney Biggs, and City Clerk Barrera. Councilmember Sandoval, <br />Bennett, and Hutton were absent. <br />MAYOR AND COUNCIL ITEMS: <br />MOU with United States Wildlife Service <br />City Attorney Biggs presented for Council approval the Memorandum of Understanding with the <br />United States Fish and Wildlife Service as it relates to the development in the Agua Mansa Corridor. <br />Discussion followed with clarification provided by City Attorney Biggs. <br />Motion/second by, CM Cook/Sanders, for approval of the Memorandum of Understanding. Motion <br />carried with Councilmembers Hutton, Sandoval, and Bennett absent. <br />At 5:18 p.m. Mayor Gaytan declared the Meeting adjourned. <br />.� <br />CAROLINA <br />
