SPECIAL COUNCIL MEETING SEPTEMBER 6, 1997 A Special Meeting of the City Council of the City of Colton was held at 9:00 a.m., on the above - given date at the Colton Community Center, located at 670 Colton Avenue, Colton, California, Mayor Gaytan presiding. Notice of Special Meeting was given on September 2, 1997, in compliance with Government Code Section 54956. ROLL CALL: Councilmembers present were Sandoval, Bennett, Cook, Chastain, Hutton, Sanders, and Mayor Gaytan. Also present were Interim City Manager Wood, City Attorney Biggs, and City Clerk Barrera. CITY MANAGER REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: Team Building and Goal Setting Interim City Manager Wood introduced the Members of his team who would be assisting him in facilitating the workshop: Henry Garcia, City Manager for Azusa, Leann Garcia, Councilmember from the City of Grand Terrace, and Anna Wood.
