He also recognized Bill Thomas, Area Manager for Southern California <br />Edison and Jake Thomas and Kevin Simmons from Enron. <br />RECESS <br />At 8:05 P.M., Mayor Gaytan declared a recess and reconvened at 8:29 P.M.
