Number of Potential Cases: 2 D. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION Pursuant to Government Code Section 54957 Title: City Attorney RECESS: At 6:18 P. M., meeting was adjourned to Closed Session and at 7:51 P. M., the meeting was reconvened with all Members present, except for CM Grimsby, who was absent. CLOSED SESSION: Interim City Attorney Carvalho declared the City Council did meet in Closed Session and considered the following items: A. CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR ACTION: To be discussed at the end of the Agenda. B. CONFERENCE WITH HUMAN RESOURCES DIRECTOR ACTION: No reportable action. C. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - ANTICIPATED LITIGATION ACTION: One Item was reported which involved the Construction of the Agua Mansa Road, pursuant to a 1986 Specific Plan; City Council gave Staff direction to proceed with an amendment of the 1993 Circulation Element and to do the necessary environmental review to provide for the eventual construction of the road by a private developer. D. PUBLIC EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE EVALUATION ACTION: No reportable action. AGENDA REVIEW: City Manager. Item No. 26 was pulled as Mayor Gaytan was not free to attend. Agenda Items 27, 28 and 29, oral reports, were received and filed and after study, the items will return for discussion, at the next meeting. Agenda Item 25 was tabled indefinitely based on the fact a needs assessment, study and review, will be conducted by the County and based on the fact that CM Grimsby is absent. MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Cook/Chastain, to advance the balance of the Agenda, with the intent to approve all Items except for Nos. 25, 26, 27, 28 and 29, carried unanimously with CM Grimsby absent.
