(12) Agreement - CONTINUED TO MARCH 10, 1998: Approve Enron Master Energy <br />Purchase and Sale Agreement. <br />(13) Permit - Authorized the use of Fleming Park by the Colton Calvary Chapel, on April 12, 1998 <br />for Easter Sunrise Service. <br />(14) Colton Public Financing Authority - Approved the Colton Public Financing Authority Tax <br />Allocation Refunding Bonds Series 1998A (Santa Ana River Redevelopment Project and <br />Cooley Ranch Redevelopment Project) and Colton Public Financing Authority Subordinate <br />Tax Allocation Refunding Bonds Series 1998B (Santa Ana River Redevelopment Project and <br />Cooley Ranch Redevelopment Project)[Amount corrected to $47 Million], RESOLUTION <br />NO. R-21-98. <br />(15) Water/Wastewater - Approved EL -CO Contractors to perform Emergency Sewer Line repairs <br />at La Cadena and Mt. Vernon in the amount of $18,103.60 <br />(15A) Permit - Granted permission to the Redlands Bicycle Classic for its event on March 6, 1998, to <br />pass through the City of Colton. <br />Item 10 - Professional Services Agreement/Arrowhead Regional Medical Center: <br />Item_ 11 - Change Order/Arrowhead Regional Medical Center: <br />CM Sanders identified flood issues in the West End and requested a comprehensive report, to be <br />submitted no later than April 30', on the status of every storm drain in that area:, including: CFDs <br />Nos. 87-1, 88-1 and 89-2, regarding the bonds for the storm drains; financial statements regarding <br />County storm drains (3-3 and 3-5) as to County storm drain fees; the retention basins; the availability <br />of any County funds to complete storm drains; and, development of a multi -agency plan to take water <br />to the Santa Ana River. <br />MOTION/VOTE: After discussion, motion/CM Sanders, second/CM Bennett, to approve Item 10, <br />contingent on a full accounting regarding storm drain issues in the West End, availability of CFD bond <br />monies and San Bernardino County Flood Control involvement.
