Chastain (Birth of Baby) <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br />As the Council Meeting of October 20' was ended abruptly due to an emergency at City Hall, <br />Mayor Gaytan recognized those persons who had submitted cards for public comment that <br />evening. <br />Steve.
