CLOSED SESSION <br />City Attorney Carvalho announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />the following Item: <br />(A) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />Name of Case: Anderson v. Colton <br />Case Number: San Bernardino County Superior Court Case No. SCV 14981 <br />RECESS: <br />At 6:35 P. M., Mayor Gaytan declared the meeting adjourned to Closed Session and at 6:47 P. <br />M., the meeting was reconvened with all Members present except for CM Chastain and CM <br />Bennett. <br />CLOSED SESSION (Continued) <br />City Attorney Carvalho reported that the City Council did meet in Closed Session on the <br />following Item: <br />(A) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />ACTION: It was the unanimous decision of the Council Members present to negotiate the <br />settlement agreement. It was noted that CM Chastain, previously excused, was absent and <br />CM Bennett was also absent at Closed Session due to a possible conflict [not announced.] <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 6:47 P.
