RECESS: <br />At 10: 12 P. M., Mayor Gaytan declared the meeting adjourned to Closed Session and at 11: 32 P. <br />M. , the meeting was reconvened with the following Members present: Mayor Gaytan, CM <br />Cook, CM Sanders and CM Chastain. It was noted that CM Grimsby and CM Hutton were not <br />present during Closed Session. CM Bennett was absent for Item C, only, due to a possible <br />conflict. <br />CLOSED SESSION (Continued) <br />City Attorney Associate Derleth reported that the City Council did meet in Closed Session on the <br />following Items: <br />(A) CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />ACTION: No reportable action taken. <br />(B) LIABILITY CLAIMS <br />ACTION: No reportable action taken. <br />(C) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />ACTION: No reportable action taken. <br />(D) CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL -ANTICIPATED LITIGATION <br />ACTION: No reportable action taken. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 11:33 P.
