{ (14a) Permit - Approved Gary Grossich's request for temporary parking for Sunday, September <br />6 1998, from 4:00 P M. to 10:00 P. M., that parking be allowed along Meridian <br />Avenue, both sides, north of Valley Boulevard to "C" Street. <br />(15) Correspondence Approved request to have a field representative from Assemblyman Joe <br />Baea's District Office spend 2 to 5 'hours, one day per week, in Colton's City Hall, to <br />answer questions and provide information regarding state issues. <br />(16) Water Revenue Bond Structure - PULLED FOR DISCUSSION AND SEPARATE <br />ACTION [See above]: Authorize the City Manager to Enter into Agreement with <br />BB&K, Stone and Youngberg, Jones Hall, LLP and Fullbright and Jawarski as a <br />Financing Team for the Issuance of Water Revenue Bonds. <br />(17) Liability Administrator - [See below] Additional Information on the General Liability <br />Third Party Administration Service with Ward North America.
