CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />DECEMBER 7,1999 <br />Regular Meeting held on the above given date at 6:52 P. M., in the Council Chambers of City Hall, <br />with Mayor Gaytan, presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Police Lieutenant Joe McCann led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION <br />Chaplain Ed List led the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PRESENT <br />CM Richard A. Sanders <br />STAFF PRESENT <br />City Manager Garcia <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />City Clerk Barrera <br />CM Kelly J. Chastain <br />Deirdre H. Bennett <br />Mayor Karl E. Gaytan <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />A Proclamation was read recognizing Bloomington High School's Key Club; the School <br />Advisor for the Bloomington High School Key Club accepted. <br />Proclamation honoring Mrs. Tomasa A. Hernandez in celebration of her I 001h Birthday on <br />Saturday, December 11, 1999; Mr. Freddie Hernandez, her 36 1h grandchild, accepted. <br />ADDED ITEM TO THE AGENDA: <br />CM Bennett asked to add an item to the agenda, specifically, a resolution in support of Alternative <br />B, for the San Timotec, Creek Reach 3B. She stated that this action would not obligate the City to <br />any financial agreement but it would tell the County that Colton would be in agreement to moving <br />forward on this project.
