Grimsby <br />City Attorney Carvalho <br />MO'T'ION/VOTE: With consensus of Council, this item was advanced on the agenda for action <br />and the motion/second of CM Cook/Bennett to approve Item 9 carried with no opposition. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamations <br />➢ Proclamation was read declaring February 1999 as Black History Month; CM Sanders to <br />present the document at the Black History Parade on Saturday, in San Bernardino. <br />➢ Certificates of Recognition honoring members of the following local Soccer Teams: <br />Roadrunners, Sharks, Girls in Play, Silver Bullets, No Mercy and No. Fear.
