Utility Director Clarke disclosed the client as Williams Comfort Products <br />RECESS: <br />At 7:59 P. M., Mayor Gaytan adjourned the general meeting to Closed Session and at 8:40 P. M.; <br />the meeting was reconvened with all Members present except for CM Bennett who was absent. <br />CLOSED SESSION (Continued) <br />City Attorney Brown stated that the City Council did meet in Closed Session and reported on the <br />following items. <br />(A) CONFERENCE WITH LABOR NEGOTIATOR <br />ACTION: There was no reportable action taken. <br />(B) PERSONNEL MATTER <br />ACTION: There was no reportable action taken. <br />(C) REPORT INVOLVING TRADE SECRET <br />ACTION: City Attorney Brown reported that Council added this item, on unanimous vote, <br />relating to a unique aspect of the energy savings program being devised by the Utility <br />Director Clarke and his staff and with respect to a particular customer of the City of Colton, <br />whose name was disclosed and that Council took no formal action at this time with the <br />intent to return the item, agendize it formally in open session and consider approval of an <br />agreement between City and Williams Comfort Products. <br />ADJOURNMENT: <br />At 8:41 P.
