(6) Agreement - Approved an Amendment to the Agreement with IBEW (Electric Unit), <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-90-99. <br />(7) Agreement - Approved the Development Agreement between the City of Colton and G.W. <br />Singletary for infrastructure improvements pertaining to the proposed Center Street <br />extension. <br />(8) Award of Bid - Approved and authorized an award of bid for the purchase of one new <br />electric powered, 4 -passenger vehicle to IT'S Electric in the amount of $32,319.61 and a <br />36 -month lease for one new electric powered pick-up truck to Villa Ford in the amount of <br />$9,419.12. <br />(9) Contract - Approved and authorized an award, Fiscal Year 1999-2000, water line <br />replacement contract to El -Co Contractors, Inc., in the amount of $1,102,255; approved an <br />award of 1999-2000 sewer line replacement contract to Hemet Manufacturing, Inc., in the <br />amount of $921,675 and approved and adopted a resolution allocating additional funding <br />for sewer line replacements, RESOLUTION NO. R-91-99. <br />(10) Permit - Approved the use of Fleming Park and the band shell by American Legion Post <br />#155 and Veterans of Foreign War Post #6476 on Thursday, November 11, 1999, from <br />10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. [See above for other approved items for this event.] <br />(10A)Use of Community Pool - Authorized the use of the Colton Pool by the Colton Aquatics <br />Club of the School District and approved the waiver of all applicable fees. Staff was <br />directed to determine the actual cost of said use and to negotiate a reciprocal agreement with <br />the School District for the City's use of the School District's facilities. <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />City Manager Garcia requested that this meeting be adjourned to Tuesday, October 26, 1999 for a <br />Capital Improvement Traffic Study and Code Enforcement Update.
