Motion carried with CM Ramos and Mayor Cook absent <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />PARKS, RECREATION AND FAMILY SERVICES DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Monument Signs <br />Director Ron Kenny provided information on the proposed City monument signs for the Cooley <br />Ranch area of the City. Discussion followed on the use of emblem, monument type, water <br />feature, maintenance required, graffiti, and, identifying the areas. <br />MOTION/VOTE: Motion/second by CM Sanders/Chastain to approve three monument signs, <br />type A-1 rendition. Motion carried with CM DeLaRosa voting "No." CM Ramos and Mayor <br />Cook were absent. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Formulation of Ad Hoc Committee/Sunwest Enterprises, Inc. <br />Assistant City Manager Parrish reminded the City Council that a commercial development <br />proposal had been received from SunWest Enterprises and that Staff and the City Attorney were <br />in the process of evaluating said proposal and negotiating with SunWest.
