CITY OF COLTON <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />ADJOURNED REGULAR MEETING MINUTES <br />FEBRUARY 29, 2000 <br />In accordance with notice duly and legally given, an Adjourned Regular Meeting of the City <br />Council of the City of Colton was held on the above -given date at 5:15 p.m., in the Council <br />Chambers of City Hall, Mayor Pro Tempore Bennett presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PRESENT <br />CM Donald J. DeLaRosa <br />CM Betty L. Cook <br />Mayor Pro Tempore Deirdre H. <br />City Attorney Derleth <br />John Mitchell praised City Treasurer Williams for his accomplishments on behalf of the City. He <br />commented on cameras in the parks and the Landscape Maintenance employees. <br />AGENDA REVIEW: <br />Mid -Year Budget Review - General Fund <br />City Manager Garcia indicated Finance Director Holliman would commence with presentation on <br />the General Fund, followed by Utility Director Clarke presenting the Enterprise Fund and <br />Redevelopment Director Steel concluding with Redevelopment Agency's fiscal analysis and the <br />Implementation Plan. <br />Assistant City Manager Parrish commenced with the review of the 24 goals and objectives, <br />established in January of 1999 by the City Council. <br />Finance Director Holliman proposed approval of ten Financial Policies: <br />City Council Adj Mins Feb 29, 2000 1 <br />
