MOTION/VOTE: The primary motion carried upon unanimous vote. <br />CONSENT CALENDAR: <br />(1) Minutes - Approved Minutes for the Regular Meeting held December 21, 1999, on file in <br />the Office of the City Clerk. <br />(2) Warrants - Approved Payable Warrants #30754 to #30930, dated 12/23/99, totaling <br />$1,193,565.21; Payroll Warrants #202719 to #203106, dated 01/11/2000, totaling <br />$455,874.75, on file in the Finance Department. <br />(3) Claim - Denied the Claim against the City submitted by Atlantic Mutual Insurance <br />Company and Rod Morris. <br />(4) Personnel/Police - Approved the request for recruitment and appointment to the part-time <br />position of Animal Control Officer. <br />(5) Award of Contract - Awarded a contract for two, new police vehicles to Wondries Fleet <br />Division in the amount of $49,340.88. <br />(6) Award of Contract - Awarded a consulting contract to The Lightfoot Planning Group in <br />the amount of $67,774 for preparation of an updated Housing Element and Historic <br />Preservation Element and authorized the City Manager to sign applicable documents. <br />(7) Bid - Granted approval to advertise for public bid the Colton Museum Restoration <br />Project. <br />(8) Travel over $1,000 per Person - Approved travel cost over $1,000 per person for the Fire <br />Department's Records/Reports Battalion Chief and the Administrative Secretary for <br />computer training in Newport Beach, January 31" and February 151, 2000. <br />(9) Travel over $1,000 per Person - Approved travel cost over $1,000 for the Meter <br />Operations Supervisor to travel to Dallas, TX, February 1-4, 2000 to attend a course titled <br />"Circuit Breaker Maintenance, Medium -Voltage (Air and Vacuum)." <br />(10) Tract 16019 - Authorized final approval and acceptance of Tract 16019 for recordation of <br />Young Homes - 52 lots, located near southwesterly corner of Citrus and Pennsylvania. <br />(11) Tract 15784 - CONTINUED TO FEBRUARY 1, 2000: Approve the Final Acceptance <br />of Tract 15784 and authorize to release Performance/Labor and Material Bond - G.F.R. <br />Enterprises, located Northerly of Johnston Street and Hunter Road. <br />(12) Joint Agreement - Approved and authorize a Joint Agreement between CalTrans and the <br />City of Colton for the installation of traffic signals at I-10 Eastbound, on and off ramps at <br />Mt. Vernon Avenue.
