Direction was given to staff to return with funding requests and details for organization <br />at future council meeting. <br />Discuss Formation of Senior Council <br />Council discussed the organization of a program to wage interests from Seniors of our <br />community. <br />Colton Parks and Recreation Foundation <br />City Manager Daryl Parrish presented for consideration and discussion the use of funds <br />and expenditures plan. Discussion followed by council and staff. Direction was given <br />for staff to prepare expenditure plan, and research consolidation of non-profit with <br />others. <br />District Issues <br />City Manager Daryl Parrish presented for consideration and discussion an organization <br />chart and moves/changes in staff. Discussion followed by council and staff. Direction <br />was given for staff to provide council with a copy of the chart, and present new <br />employees at council meetings. <br />Council reviewed "other projects" list, and added the following to be considered: Valley <br />Blvd. Lighting for traffic review and coordination, Alley Paving Program, Grand Terrace <br />M.O.U., and legal cost of redistricting. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />At 1:55 P.M., with consensus of Council, Mayor Bennett declared the Adjourned <br />Regular meeting adjourned. <br />OLIVIA R.
