(10) Consolidated Salary Resolution - PULLED FOR SEPARATE VOTE: Approve and <br />Adopt the Consolidated Salary Resolution, RESOLUTION NO. R-12-01. <br />(11) Agreement/IBEW - Approved and adopted the Resolution regarding amendment to the <br />agreement with Electric Unit (IBEW), RESOLUTION NO. R-13-01. <br />(12) Change Order - Granted approval of a change order to the CDBG Project #104-22212 - <br />Colton Museum Restoration. <br />VACANT COUNCIL SEAT, DISTRICT 5 <br />MOTION: Motion/second by CM Ramos/DeLaRosa to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. <br />R-14-01, calling and giving notice of the holding of a Special Municipal Election to be <br />consolidated with the General Election on Tuesday, November 6, 2001, to fill the unexpired term <br />of the elected position of City Council Member, District 5, and RESOLUTION NO. R-15-01, <br />requesting the Board of Supervisors of the County of San Bernardino to render specified services <br />to the City relating to the conduct of a Special Municipal Election to be consolidated with the <br />General Municipal Election to be held on Tuesday, November 6, 2001. <br />City Clerk Barrera and City Attorney Derleth responded to inquiries. <br />Charles Jackson suggested a temporary appointment. <br />VOTE: Motion carried with CM Chastain absent. <br />CITY TREASURER'S REPORTS: <br />City Treasurer Williams submitted four monthly reports and a correction sheet. <br />With consensus of City Council, Mayor Bennett accepted the City Treasurer's Reports with <br />correction(s) for September, October, November, and December of 2000. <br />STAFF REPORTS: <br />FINANCE DIRECTOR'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Finance Director Al Holliman reported on the General Fund, specifically, revenue sources and <br />categories, mid -year comparisons, increase/decrease of revenue estimates, and, expenditures and <br />appropriation adjustments. <br />MOTION/VOTE: After discussion, motion/second by CM Sanders/Ramos to approve and adopt <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-16-01, amending the budget for fiscal year commencing July 1, 2000 and <br />ending June 30, 2001.
