M., in the Council Chambers of City <br />Hall, with Mayor Bennett, presiding. <br />FLAG SALUTE: <br />Mayor Bennett led the Pledge of Allegiance. <br />INVOCATION <br />CM Zamora led the invocation. <br />ROLL CALL: <br />PRESENT <br />CM Donald J.
