Approval of $7.5 Million Interim Financing for the Colton Jets Project. <br />Electric Utility Director Clarke summarized the agenda report and requested approval of staff <br />recommendation. <br />Discussion followed. Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Zamora to terminate the Public <br />Hearing. Motion carried with CM Chastain absent from the dais and CM Ramos absent. <br />CITY MANAGER'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />CITY ATTORNEY'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />CLOSED SESSION: <br />City Attorney Derleth announced that the City Council would meet in Closed Session to discuss <br />the items listed below: <br />A. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL â EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />David Parke, et al v. City of Colton <br />Case Number: SCVSS 082534 <br />B. CONFERENCE WITH LEGAL COUNSEL - EXISTING LITIGATION <br />Pursuant to Government Code Section 54956.9(a) <br />City of Colton, et al. v. Allan Steward, et al. <br />Case Number: SCV 87040 <br />At 8:30 p.m., Mayor Bennett adjourned the meeting to Closed Session and at 9:29 p.m., the <br />meeting reconvened with all members present as heretofore. <br />City Attorney Derleth reported that the Council did meet in Closed Session on items listed <br />A.
