Joint Meeting of the Colton Public Financing Authority, the City Council of the City of Colton and the Colton Utility Authority for he City of Colton was held on the above given date at 6:10 p.m., Chairperson De La Rosa presiding. COLTON PUBLIC FINANCE AUTHORITY ROLL CALL: Members present were Zamora, Mitchell, Ramos, Bennett, Chastain and Chairperson De La Rosa. ACTION ITEM: Approve and Adopt Resolution(s) of the City Council and the Colton Public Financing Authority Authorizing and Approving the Issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds 2002, Series A not to exceed $7,200,000, Approving a Proiect Lease, Lease Agreement, Agency Agreement, Preliminary Official Statement, Final Official Statement, Continuing Disclosure Agreement and Execution of related documents, RESOLUTION NO. R-01-02 and RESOLUTION NO. CPFA 2002-1 Finance Director Dilu DeAlwis presented for staff's recommendation to approve and adopt a Resolution to Issuance of Lease Revenue Bonds 2002, Series A not to exceed $7,200,000, Approving a Project Lease, Lease Agreement, Agency Agreement, Preliminary Official Statement, Final Official Statement, Continuing Disclosure Agreement and Execution of related documents, RESOLUTION NO. R-01-02 and RESOLUTION NO. CPFA 2002-1 MOTIONNOTE: Motion/second by Members Ramos/Chastain to approve staff recommendation to approve and adopt Resolution No. R-01-02 and Resolution No. CPFA --� 2002-1 carried upon unanimous vote. PUBLIC COMMENT: None. ADJOURNMENT OF JOINT MEETING At 6:17 P.M., with consensus of the body, Chairperson De La Rosa and Mayor Bennett declared the meeting adjourned.
