City Manager Parrish requested that this item be pulled and leave the time frame as is due to the fact that meetings are to be combined a 5 min limit should continue. Motion/second by CM De La Rosa/Ramos to approve Consent Calendar Items Nos. 5 through 15A, unanimous vote. CONSENT CALENDAR (5) Minutes - Approved minutes for the Regular Meeting of December 18, 2001; minutes for the Joint City Council and Utilities Commission Meeting held January 22, 2002, and Minutes for the Adjourned Regular Meeting held January 22, 2002, on file in the Office of the City Clerk. (7) Cooperative Agreement/County of San Bernardino — Approved and adopted a resolution authorizing changes to cooperative agreement with the County of San Bernardino and execution of the replacement cooperative agreement, RESOLUTION NO. (8) Claims - Denied Claims filed against the City of Colton submitted by: Teresa Slate, Christina Scholljegerdes, Victoria Marquez, Michael Kelly, Greg Turner, Jennifer Cesares, Bertha Rivera, and Adele Urrea.
