Motion/second by CM Chastain/Zamora to approve the Ken Hubbs Memorial Little League <br />Anniversay activities and waive the city's daily sales permit for vendors without the inclusion of <br />a "Beer Garden". Motion carried with CM De La Rosa absent. <br />POLICE CHIEF'S REPORTS AND RECOMMENDATIONS: <br />Faith and Justice Summit. <br />Sgt.
