Motion/second by CM Zamora/Mitchell to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. R-64-03 <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-65-03. Motion carried with CM De La Rosa and Hernandez absent. <br />LLMD NO. 2 <br />This was the time and place fixed to consider the continued public hearing from July 15, 2003, <br />to accept the final engineer's report; adopt the resolution ordering the levy and collection of <br />assessments for the City of Colton 2003/2004 Landscape and Lighting Maintenance District No. <br />2. <br />Mayor Bennett declared the Public Hearing "Open". <br />Deputy City Clerk Flores said the Affidavit of Publication and Reports was on file in the City <br />Clerk's Office and stated that no protests or objections were received. <br />Mayor declared the Public Hearing Open. <br />Parks, Recreation and Human Services Kenny presented to Council approval of staff's <br />recommendation <br />Motion/second by CM Chastain/Zamora to terminate the Public Hearing. Motion carried with <br />CM De La Rosa and Hernandez absent. <br />Motion/second by CM Chastain/Mitchell to approve and adopt RESOLUTION NO. R-66-03 <br />RESOLUTION NO. R-67-03 with amended changes to resolution.
