R-90-03. (10) Agreement/City Manage - Approved third amendment to the City Manager Employment Agreement. (111) Person n el/Police — Approved the department's request to continuously recruit and appoint full-time Police Dispatcher and full-time Police Services Clerk positions as needed and authorized under the department's current budget. (12) RDA/Overflow Parking — Approved the consideration and request from San Bernardino County to use Real Property for Overflow Parking and execute the Real Estate Services Use Permit.
