Barrera, City Clerk <br />POSSIBLE CONFLICT OF INTEREST ISSUES FOR THE COUNCIL MEETING OF <br />FEBRUARY 18, 2003. <br />Mayor Bennett asked the members present if there were any agenda items that were a conflict <br />of interest pursuant to CMC Section 2.04.030. None disclosed. <br />CEREMONIAL MATTERS: <br />Presentations, Awards, Proclamation: <br />Proclamation - CM Hernandez presented to City Librarian David Davis a <br />Proclamation in honor of the Space Shuttle Columbia. <br />Certificates (16) - Mayor Bennett presented Certificates of Outstanding Achievement <br />to Colton All Stars U10 Girls Coach Elvira Vega, Assistant Coach Fernando Reynosa, <br />Team Mom Kathy Reynosa and to each Team member present. <br />Proclamation - CM Ramos presented to Deputy City Clerk Olivia Flores a <br />Proclamation in honor of the Daffodil Days Campaign and support of the American <br />Cancer Society in their hopes for a cancer free society. <br />1 <br />2003 FEBRUARY 18 CC/RDA/CUA/SCPFA Mtng.
